The Impact Press training aid is designed to automatically get golfers in the correct positions during the downswing and ultimately where it counts most – at impact!

But the Impact Press is more than a training aid, it is a training iron. You can actually hit balls with it, seeing and feeling the results. But it can also be used just about anywhere. Use it in your living room, at the office, or in your yard to practice the movements and positions that will improve your ball striking.

What faults is the Impact Press designed to fix?

EVERY professional golfer who you see on TV has forward shaft lean at impact with their irons. They all strike the ball first and then the turf, taking a divot on the target side of the ball. Not most…ALL. No two swings are alike, but at impact all good players have this in common.

Striking the ball in this way creates maximum compression, and the ball will come off the face hot and with the proper spin.

It’s fair to say that this is not necessarily the case with most amateurs.

The Impact Press is designed to:

– Automatically improve your wrist & shoulder positions.

– Automatically improve your turn, tilt & angle of attack.

– Automatically improve your weight shift.

When these things happen you will start hitting more quality shots.

How does the Impact Press work?

The iron has two lines on the clubhead – one red and one green. The red line is on the hosel and should be visible on top when at address position.  When in this position the clubhead is in an extremely closed position. Don’t worry, that is how it is designed.

The green line is on the top line of the clubhead. When a proper impact position is achieved, the green line will be perpendicular to the target.

This position is achieved by making the proper body movements during the swing which put you in the right position at impact – the hands ahead of the ball with forward shaft lean.

One of the main keys of the Impact Press is that it’s not just about getting into the proper position at impact. It helps you make the right movements during the swing, which results in the proper position occurring at the moment of truth – impact!

Best of all, when you order the Impact Press it is not just sent to you and then you’re left to figure out the rest. There is a series of videos that will help you along the way.

If you use these videos along with your Impact Press your ball striking will improve. I have no doubt!
