The format including 27 holes of team competition on Saturday, followed by 18 holes of singles matches on Sunday.

Team Florida took a commanding lead during the opening session in the Best Ball format. They won all six matches, gaining a lead that they would never relinquish.

Georgia held tough during the afternoon Alternate Shot and Scramble matches, but ultimately lost each by a margin of 3.5 to 2.5, respectively.

At the end of Day 1 at the Tour B Cup, the leaderboard read Florida 13 – Georgia 5.

Team Captains got in on the action on Sunday, meaning that 13 points were up for grabs. The Captains Match was ultimately split, giving each team ½ point.
