GOLF
Wild Dunes features two championship golf courses, the Links Course and the Harbor Course, both designed by Tom Fazio.
The Links Course features rolling fairways, challenging bunkers, undulating greens, which all make it an unforgettable golf experience. The course finishes with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean on holes 17 and 18, which is the perfect ending to a fun and challenging round. The Links Course has been named one of America’s Top 100 Courses by Golf Digest Magazine and is considered one of Fazio’s best designs. The Harbor Course demands accuracy from the tee and winds through canals and marshes.
The Harbor Course demands accuracy from the tee, with fairways that are set between the canals, salt marshes, and lagoons. Accuracy is rewarded over length, so keep your ball out of the gator-filled hazards and you’ll have a great opportunity to make good scores.

Wild Dunes’ staff of professional instructors are ready to help players of all abilities improves their games. Both courses have full-service pro shops and practice facilities. The courses are in excellent condition, with lush fairways, and smooth-rolling greens.

LODGING
There are a number of lodging options at Wild Dunes Resort. Our stay was a the Sweetgrass Inn, a friendly hotel featuring king and double queen rooms, along with one bedroom suites. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all of the amenities you’d expect from a top-level resort property.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time spent at the pool. It was the perfect spot to enjoy some relaxing down time.
Sweetgrass is also home to a fitness center, art gallery, spa, salon, Salt Boutique, The Sweet Shop, and The Nest Rooftop Bar. The Oystercatcher is in the lobby and offers a menu of small plate, Tapas-style delicacies and full-service bar. If a poolside setting is more to your liking, The Laughing Gull is just steps away, alongside the pool, and serves delicious island-inspired food and drinks.
The Boardwalk Inn has 93 rooms, including junior suites, and a presidential suite. The hotel has received the prestigious AAA Four Diamond award each year since opening. Coastal Provisions restaurant is conveniently located on the main floor. The adult-only Boardwalk Inn pool and cabanas are steps away, as is the boardwalk leading to the beach.
