The greens were converted from Bentgrass to TiffEagle in 2022 to better tolerate the extreme Alabama summers, and they have fully matured into pristine condition.
Much of the opening nine plays along a 17-acre lake, and is highlighted by a couple of spectacular par threes – holes five and eight.
The second nine meanders through the hardwoods and pines. You’ll also have an opportunity to take in the majestic 40-foot waterfall behind the 14th green.
Each hole offers a unique blend of natural obstacles and strategic design elements, ensuring that players are challenged throughout the round. But Cherokee Ridge was not designed to punish the golfer. It is a fun and fair test for players of all abilities.
