TimberCreek Golf Club is entering a bold new era following a change of ownership finalized on October 16, 2025. The new ownership group, Bloom Golf Management, has committed substantial capital toward a comprehensive transformation of the golf course, clubhouse, and surrounding grounds, signaling a long-term vision for both quality and member experience.
The ambitious renovation plan is already underway, reflecting TimberCreek’s commitment to its members, guests, and the broader community. Immediate improvements include full bunker renovations, extensive cart path replacements, drainage upgrades, turf enhancements, and the removal of overgrown trees and underbrush to improve both aesthetics and course health. A new fleet of golf carts and state-of-the-art maintenance equipment will enhance efficiency, while a major irrigation upgrade – including new pumps, control boxes, and 200 head replacements – will ensure superior playing conditions year-round.
Andrew Rasch, the club’s new Superintendent, brings a wealth of agronomic expertise and leadership to guide these changes, ensuring that TimberCreek’s 27 holes continue to deliver an exceptional golfing experience. The clubhouse itself is also receiving a refresh with updated landscaping, lighting, and a fresh coat of paint to welcome members and guests in style.
Looking ahead, a full greens renovation is planned for next spring, promising world-class putting surfaces that will define the club for years to come. All other course and clubhouse improvements are expected to be completed in the coming months, keeping the 18-hole course open during construction. Special “construction-period” green fees are available through November, offering $49 for Monday – Thursday rounds and $59 for Friday – Sunday play.
Enhanced Member Experience
TimberCreek is also introducing a modernized membership structure and new programs designed to maximize value and enjoyment. New memberships are available immediately, with no initiation fee and deferred payment until the end of November, limited to the first 100 new members.
Membership options include Platinum Individual and Family plans, Youth Memberships, Social Memberships, and customized Corporate Memberships. Benefits range from unlimited green fees and cart usage to preferred dining reservations, discounted event bookings, and exclusive member-only social events.
Additionally, TimberCreek is launching a new website, www.golftimbercreek.com, set to go live in about 30 days. The platform will serve as a hub for tee time bookings, membership applications, event reservations, and other updates, keeping members and guests fully connected to club activities.
A new point-of-sale system, ForeUp, is being implemented to streamline operations and enhance the on-site experience for members, cardholders, and guests. Training and data migration will be completed over the next 30 days to ensure a seamless transition.
The 2026 Creek Card and Loyalty Programs
Looking ahead, the 2026 Creek Card went on sale December 1, offering cardholders a variety of benefits including complimentary rounds, range balls, discounts on green fees and merchandise, loyalty points, and travel benefits at several partner clubs.
TimberCreek Golf Club’s revitalization represents more than a series of improvements; it marks the beginning of a new chapter that combines world-class golf, modernized member services, and a renewed commitment to community engagement. With visible changes taking shape on the course and exciting programs for members, TimberCreek is poised to set a new standard for golf in Mobile, Alabama.
